Workshops and Projects

Workshop fundamentals
Each of the following craft workshops can be taken separately. It is possible to book several parallel workshops on the same day, or over a number of days. In all workshops the pupils actively get to know the basic principles and development of a craft.

In the paper workshop the children create paper from a wide variety of elements. Watermarks, plants, confetti, fragrant spices can all be integrated into the paper.

In the printing workshop the children make a typographical design for their texts, then set and print it, using traditional printing methods.

In the wood- or linocut workshop the children carve a picture in wood or lino and print the various stages of their work.
from 4. grade level

In the computer workshop the children edit and design their own short stories using computer graphic programs, then print them in several different variations.
from 4. grade level

In the radio workshop you can interview someone yourself or create a radio drama. With journalistic guidance, interesting and current topics will be explored, recordings made, and small clips taken.
from 3. grade level

private groups: 100,-- Euro per workshop, 3 hrs

Project-days / Project-weeks

Why not let us help you and your class or children's group develop a project-week at the museum! We can assist you with the organization and are open to individual wishes. Call early in order to allow time for preparation arrangements and to assure consecutive project days for you and your class!
